  'THERE SO YOU NEED A TOOL TO GET YOU WHEELS OFF'
Strengths: Lighter then normal Skewers, Cannot be removed without a tool Paid £6 at LBS
Weaknesses: Tool can be bought in shops
Overall: These arn't there to make it inpossible for your wheels to get stolen but what they do is to make it so you need a tool to take the wheels off and therefor sombody who wants to take your wheels off just because they are bored may choose another bike and using a tool takes longer and thieves want to do the job quickly. OK any body can get your wheels off with an Allen Key but not many people carry allen keys around and it creates hastle for any body wanting to steal your wheels. The other night My seat post which has a Q/R got stolen my wheels are still there.
