Delivery Terms


Standard delivery (mainland UK only)

  • All items will be sent first-class recorded delivery with Royal Mail 1-3 days (excluding bank holidays) and will require a signature.
  • High Value Orders over £100 will be sent special delivery with royal mail which is a guaranteed next working day service
  • Bulky items will be sent by carrier for next working day delivery (excluding bank holidays)and will need to be signed for
  • Costs: Bikes £15; Bulky items Frames/Forks/Wheels/Home Trainers/Bike Towers/Tools (over 1.5Kg) £9.95; High Value Items £6.95, All Other £3.95.
  • Delivery on orders over 1.5kg to the following postcodes will be priced according to weight IV, HS, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.  You will be contacted with cost prior to despatch.

For overseas deliveries

  • For deliveries to mainland Europe, Ireland and abroad we will quote you the best postage costs by return Email and despatch upon confirmation that you are happy with that cost and have provided the suitable ID (email for details)
  • In order to prevent card fraud you will be required to provide further documentation on export orders
  • International orders are generally received in less than 10 days.

Delivery promise

  • If the goods are in stock we will despatch your order right away
  • We will not charge your card until goods are ready for despatch
  • If the goods are delayed in delivery you will be notified within 48 hours and advised of the expected delivery date or other product options if your goods are unavailable
  • If goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing and we will sort it out
  • If goods arrive damaged, please retain the product and contact us within 5 days of receipt.
