Delivery Terms
Free delivery option
- Orders for the following: Bikes/Frames/Forks/Wheels/Home trainers/Bike Towers/Tools over 1.5Kg will go by standard delivery only (no free delivery option- see below for pricing)
- SPECIAL OFFER: Free delivery is available on all 2008 bikes until the end of June 2008
- Free delivery is available for all other orders over £50
- Free delivery is available for deliveries to a single mainland UK address only
- Free deliveries will be sent second-class recorded mail and may take an additional 3-5 days to arrive
- To take advantage of this option, select it on the 'Review and Confirm Order' page.
Standard delivery (mainland UK only)
- Goods will be sent first-class post with Royal Mail 1-3 days(excluding bank holidays)
- Orders over £50 will be sent recorded delivery
- Bulky orders will be sent by carrier for next working day delivery (excluding bank holidays)and will need to be signed for
- Costs: Bikes £10; Frames/Forks/Wheels/Home Trainers/Bike Towers/Tools(over 1.5Kg) £5; Other £2.50
- Delivery on orders over 1.5kg to the following postcodes will be priced according to weight IV, HS, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. You will be contacted with cost prior to despatch.
For overseas deliveries
- For deliveries to mainland Europe, Ireland and abroad we will quote you the best postage costs by return Email and despatch upon confirmation that you are happy with that cost and have provided the suitable ID (email for details)
- In order to prevent card fraud you will be required to provide further documentaion on export orders
- International orders are generally received in less than 10 days.
Delivery promise
- If the goods are in stock we will despatch your order right away
- We will not charge your card until goods are ready for despatch
- If the goods are delayed in delivery you will be notified within 48 hours and advised of the expected delivery date or other product options if your goods are unavailable
- If goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing and we will sort it out
- If goods arrive damaged, please retain the product and contact us within 5 days of receipt.

- Bikes UK Mainland: £10
- Bikes Northern Ireland - price on application
- Bikes Republic Of Ireland - price on application
- Frames/Forks/Wheels/Home Trainers/Bike Towers/Tools(over 1.5Kg): £5
- All Other Orders: £2.50
Delivery Schedule
If your goods are in stock, we despatch your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
