  2. Add it straight to your basket with the "Buy Now" button or view more details of the product by clicking the button or product image and add to your basket from the product details page.
  3. Go to your bag to review your order and click checkout to proceed.
  4. Fill out the three steps; login, delivery, and payment and your order will be processed.

Payment Processes

Our payment system will accept all major cards including Visa and Mastercard. Currently we don't accept payments through Paypal or any other third party payment service. If you wish to use a gift voucher to pay then please see below.

How to Use a Gift Voucher

If you have a CycleSurgery gift voucher and would like to redeem it, then we require you to send it in to us with details of the items you would like to order and a phone number with which to contact you. Alternatively you can use the voucher in any of our stores. If you have any queries regarding gift vouchers please call us on 0800 298 8898.

We pride ourselves on offering a secure service. As part of this we never store the complete card details. As a result of this, we will need to call you and retake your card details in the event of an exchange or alteration to an order.

Returned goods by post - no hassles promise

Goods can be returned for a prompt refund or exchange if they are received back at Returns Department within 21 days: in new condition, with the original packaging, labeling and CycleSurgery receipt. A refund request will be actioned within 3 working days from receipt.

For an exchange request we will have to refund the original order and create a new order for the replacement and re charge your card. This will show as two transactions on your statement.

The 21 days start from the day of despatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. This would not apply for special orders taken on behalf of the customer.

We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault. Please note all warranty returns must be clean and free from dirt and mud to comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations. We are legally unable to refund or exchange helmet returns so be careful when choosing. If the product is faulty however we will return it to the manufacturer for a warranty claim assessment. Note: DVDs, videos, books and software are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless incorrect or defective. If goods develop a problem they will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection to determine whether a warranty claim is valid. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Our stores are unable to refund orders placed via, but items can be exchanged in-store.

Delivery Times

Delivery of orders to UK addresses typically takes 1 - 3 working days from when the order was placed, if the item is in stock in our warehouse.

If the item is not in stock in the warehouse, but is in one of our stores, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.

The delivery period for sale items may be extended by 1 or 2 working days.

Delivery to Europe typically takes 3 - 5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery to the rest of the world can take longer depending on where the parcel is headed.
