Customer Testimonials

"Hello,

About 2-3 weeks ago, the headset to my road bike disintegrated and I needed it fixing rapidly, as in under 48 hours, I was heading to France on a cycling tour. Fortunately, I found CycleSurgery in Bristol, who were the only shop that could fix the bike for me on that day, let alone in time to take it abroad.

Therefore I am emailing you today to say how extremely impressed I was with the service I received! I was regularly updated by phone during the repair and even before I had taken the bike into the store, I had spoken to a mechanic who could tell me what the problem seemed to be. One of the most pleasing parts was that the bike was ready and waiting for me on the Sunday morning, after I had checked it in on the Saturday evening. I would certainly recommend CycleSurgery to anyone (and have already done so) and the attitude and professionalism of the employees at the Bristol branch was outstanding."

"Just wanted to drop you guys a quick note to say thanks for the great service from Casie (and the mechanic who's name I didn't get) this morning when I visited to check out road-bikes and triathlon related accessory options for the cyclescheme. Casie was highly knowledgeable, personable and pleasant, especially as I (a total newbie) was asking loads of questions and it being a Monday morning!"

"My experience with Cycle Surgery has been fantastic. The chap I spoke to in the Bristol branch was hugely helpful and very patient (as I know very little about bikes!). The advice was spot on and the process of ordering through to delivery was slick. Thank you, I will definitely recommend you."
