Customer Testimonials
"My experience with Cycle Surgery has been fantastic. The chap I spoke to in the Bristol branch was hugely helpful and very patient (as I know very little about bikes!). The advice was spot on and the process of ordering through to delivery was slick. Thank you, I will definitely recommend you."

"I would just like to say what a pleasant experience I had during my first time dealing with your company. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, fixing my bike as I waited. He pointed out some various issues with my bike which has made me mindful of the fact it is probably time to buy a new one. He also informed me of the bike to work scheme that would get me a reduction off a new bike.
I have worked in a Customer Service role for a while and am usually unimpressed by the service I get from other companies. However this was not the case at your Bristol store, so this is why I will be buying my new bike from your company. I know the in-store assembly and servicing will be done to a high standard and if there are any problems it will be rectified with the minimum imposition."

Workshop Services
Our Workshop mechanics are Cytec qualified which is the benchmark for quality service in our industry. Our workshop has all the necessary tools and parts to get your bike fixed up and back on the road, usually with same day service. If the repair requires a specialist part then we can special order it in for you and book your repair as soon as it arrives. Our workshop team are happy to answer customer enquiries and give good honest advice to help you decide what level of service your bike needs.
In order to give you a transparent overview of pricing for all activities carried out in our workshops, we have listed approximate costs below.
