Customer Testimonials

I just wanted to email and say how impressed I was with the customer service I received from your team today. From the moment I walked into the Filton store and someone offered to carry my bike upstairs I was treated fantastically. The outstanding service provided by Justin and Si in the bike department and Monty at Snow + Rock was second to none and every member of staff was cheerful and clearly had a belief that nothing is too much effort.

After being involved in an accident I needed my bike repaired quickly as I rely on it to commute to work.

Cycle Surgery at Filton were good enough to see my bike that afternoon for a damage/repair assessment. Simon Looker, who worked on the bike, was very professional and honest about the repairs required. During the whole process the phone was answered by the team in a welcoming manner and all queries were dealt with promptly.

The bike was returned to me 3 days after the accident looking like new and the quality of the work was fantastic. Simon even was kind enough to clean the bike over for me! I would not hesitate in recommending the store in Filton to any of my friends and family and it's refreshing to find a bike mechanic as good as Simon working for a big chain store.

About 2-3 weeks ago, the headset to my road bike disintegrated and I needed it fixing rapidly, as in under 48 hours, I was heading to France on a cycling tour. Fortunately, I found CycleSurgery in Bristol, who were the only shop that could fix the bike for me on that day, let alone in time to take it abroad.

Therefore I am emailing you today to say how extremely impressed I was with the service I received! I was regularly updated by phone during the repair and even before I had taken the bike into the store, I had spoken to a mechanic who could tell me what the problem seemed to be. One of the most pleasing parts was that the bike was ready and waiting for me on the Sunday morning, after I had checked it in on the Saturday evening. I would certainly recommend CycleSurgery to anyone (and have already done so) and the attitude and professionalism of the employees at the Bristol branch was outstanding."
