Customer Testimonials

"I just bought a new road bike from the team at Camden and I felt that they really put the time and effort in to help me find the right bike. I've got some long rides to do this Spring for a Death Valley cycle in the early summer and I've ended up with a bike that I feel really confident is right for me. Thank you all for all of your efforts (with measuring tapes and physio principles). I'll definitely be buying my next bike here."

"I could not recommend this bike shop more. I was in with a bike that had been totalled in an accident and they took photos for the insurance claim, offered to store the damaged bike as I settled the claim and, with nothing to gain themselves, have stayed in touch to see if I need further help. The staff are all personable (shout out to Ben and Jack particularly), knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to be of service. Top marks."

"Cycle Surgery gave me the attention, service and professionalism that I deserved and that is where I will go from now on!"

Andrew H, 1st October 2013

"I like the manager at the Camden branch. He knows his stuff and makes me laugh. You can tell how much he loves cycling!"

Ben B, 1st October 2013

"Awesome staff and service, will definitely come back to Cycle Surgery and Camden store in particular!"

"Hi Jack,

I just wanted to thank you again for a fantastic fitting on Saturday. I went for a 96k ride yesterday and had no problems at all and was really comfortable - other than for the pain in my legs but unfortunately that had nothing to do with fit and everything to do with fitness.

Even my feet were mostly fine so I think we've found a really good set up. Well done."
