CycleSurgery brings the best brands in cycling and our leading customer service to Chertsey. The new store is full of the latest in bikes, clothing and cycling accessories and offers a full workshop as a central feature.
The new Chertsey store can be found in the existing Snow+Rock store on Fordwater Road. We're open 7 days a week so come in and see why our stores are some of the UK's favourite bike shops.
We've recently finished the refurbishment of specialist triathlon areas in our King's Cross and Chertsey stores. Both stores now carry the best selection of bikes and products from the world's leading triathlon brands, including the latest tri-focused products from Specialized, Trek, Orbea, 2XU, and Profile to name a few. Our knowledgeable staff will be able to advise you on all aspects of triathlon, from bikes and equipment, to nutrition and training advice.
Bike & Wetsuit Hire
We are now offering a unique bike and wetsuit hire service at our triathlon stores. Men's and Women's sizes are available.
Workshop Services
Our Workshop mechanics are Cytec qualified which is the benchmark for quality service in our industry. Our workshop has all the necessary tools and parts to get your bike fixed up and back on the road, usually with same day service. If the repair requires a specialist part then we can special order it in for you and book your repair as soon as it arrives. Our workshop team are happy to answer customer enquiries and give good honest advice to help you decide what level of service your bike needs.
In order to give you a transparent overview of pricing for all activities carried out in our workshops, we have listed approximate costs below. All prices serve only as a guideline and can vary depending on the age, condition and type of bike. There is a minimum labour charge of £10. We will always happily give you an approximate quote for any jobs not listed below. All parts are charged separately.
Please note: There will be an additional labour charge for fitting new parts and accessories, e.g. Brake blocks, cables, chain etc.

Bike Storage Costs
We have very limited space for bike storage and would therefore ask that customers collect their bike on the day of repair. We are forced to charge a bike storage supplement of £10 per day, calculated from the day of repair to the day of collection.
