Croydon Store
At 14,000 square feet this will be our biggest store and will house all three of our retail brands under one roof: Snow+Rock, CycleSurgery and Runners Need.
Located on Purley Way between Ikea and John Lewis in a bustling retail location the store comprises of 2 vast floors, and we have been working closely with a design team to make this one of the best shops we have ever built. On the ground floor customers will be able to peruse ski, snowboard and outdoor wear with dedicated departments for The North Face clothing and footwear and Oakley eyewear. Upstairs they will enjoy our fully equipped, state of the art ski boot fitting lab with raised seating for comfort and convenience, plus a wifi enabled coffee-lounge. But the most important thing we put into the store will be our staff. They are as passionate as you are when it comes to life in the mountains and have the experience and training to make sure every customer is well looked after.
Workshop Services
Our Workshop mechanics are Cytec qualified which is the benchmark for quality service in our industry. Our workshop has all the necessary tools and parts to get your bike fixed up and back on the road, usually with same day service. If the repair requires a specialist part then we can special order it in for you and book your repair as soon as it arrives. Our workshop team are happy to answer customer enquiries and give good honest advice to help you decide what level of service your bike needs.
In order to give you a transparent overview of pricing for all activities carried out in our workshops, we have listed approximate costs below. All prices serve only as a guideline and can vary depending on the age, condition and type of bike. There is a minimum labour charge of £10. We will always happily give you an approximate quote for any jobs not listed below. All parts are charged separately.
Please note: There will be an additional labour charge for fitting new parts and accessories, e.g. Brake blocks, cables, chain etc.

Bike Storage Costs
We have very limited space for bike storage and would therefore ask that customers collect their bike on the day of repair. We are forced to charge a bike storage supplement of £10 per day, calculated from the day of repair to the day of collection.
