Customer Testimonials

"Just wanted to drop a quick email to thank your staff for their help last night. I came in with a bike that had a broken back wheel around half five last night, and didn't think I'd be able to get it sorted for a few days. Even though it was late when I arrived I was very impressed at how quickly your staff (it was a chap with a beard, didn't get his name) greeted me, identified the problem, and found the right wheel for me. I was even more impressed that you had time to fit it for me - in the time it took me to have a half over the road, it was fixed (earlier than they said it would be) and I was back on the road, and for a lot less money than I thought it would be. I'm also pretty sure that my chain and gears have been cleaned and oiled, which I didn't even ask for.

I was also helped by a girl with glasses and an American accent who was kind enough to carry my bike up the stairs and hold the door for me - small things I know, but generally indicative of an attitude to service which went beyond what I expected. Compared to another bike shop - who managed to sell me the wrong wheel, and then send me to another desk to get it refunded, and couldn't do anything until Friday, and then didn't even have the right wheel in stock - your staff are saints, and it's thanks to their efforts that I'll certainly be returning to your store if I have any problems in future. Many thanks,"

"I'm just writing to say that whenever I deal with anyone at CycleSurgery on Great Portland Street everyone is very happy, pleased to see me and extremely helpful. My brother has the same experience."
