In addition, our large workshop boasts a highly experienced team of technicians that pride themselves on getting customers back on their bike same day 99% of time.
The Manager, Tim, puts it like this:
"Spring 2011 we will be celebrating our 6th year in Holborn since our opening in the 2005. We have seen cycling in London continue to grow with more people choosing two wheels instead of public transport to get around town. London is now showing the world that it is a city that embraces cycling and we're proud to be a part of that"
So why not pop in and have a look around the next time you're in the area? We're open 7 days a week and are always happy to help.
Customer Testimonials
"Just had exceptional service from one of your employees. Talked me through a few tweaks needed to my own bike in a non-condescending fashion and showed me how to fix what I could myself, whilst quoting an honest price for some bits I might need help with. Exceptional - such a refreshing attitude. I bought some lights from you guys last week and I will absolutely be coming back to you for repeat business thanks to the attitude of the guy who served me today."

"Just to let you know what fantastic service I received this morning at your Holborn branch. I came in at about 8ish with a rear puncture a little distressed and the gentleman who I believe was the workshop manager was probably the most helpful person I have come across, was very kind & offered superb assistance & the tools to fix my puncture.
I would be most grateful if you can thank him again on my behalf & that I will highly recommend you to my colleagues.
Thanks again for the great service - its very hard to find this nowadays."

"My Commencal was in for repairs a few weeks back and I just wanted to drop you a note to say how great your staff were, the mechanic who was working on my bike [Andis] made sure to call me to let me know how the work was coming on and also check before making any major fixes; having now had the chance to give the bike the abuse it loves I’m glad to say I’ve been really impressed with how it’s running, literally perfect.
All in all considering how much hassle it normally is getting my bikes fixed I’m now a Cycle Surgery convert and will use you whenever any of my bikes need some work - Thanks!"
