Our friendly yet professional approach will certainly guide you through your needs. After all: we’re all cyclists!"
The specialist running company, Runners Need, comes to Kensington, offering a large selection of running shoes and apparel - everything that runners need!
"I really just wanted to say a Big Thank You to Ian, the Manager of the Kensington High Street Branch.
I must say I found buying my bike unbelievably stressful, but the kindness of the CycleSurgery staff and especially Ian was second to none. I think they are the most helpful people! I am now enjoying my lovely bike and am looking forward to our first service and many years of going back to the Kensington store for help and for getting all my bits and pieces.
I completely recommend the CycleSurgery to anyone thinking of getting a bike. They are just so kind to people who are not that much into cycling yet and so helpful in any aspect of purchasing a bike."

"Over the past two years I have found cycle surgery staff to be fantastic - enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Today, Liam epitomized this and I left feeling so pleased that I walked into this particular store two years ago to get my first ever bike."
