"I would like to write to you to inform you how satisfied I was with the service of one of your employees - Mark.
He was patient with me as I test rode 5 or 6 bikes over 3 or 4 visits, he specially ordered me in a few bikes to try too. He then fitted them well and serviced me every time. This was in addition to dealing with other customers as the same time.
In the end I made a large purchase and I am recommending my cycling colleagues to visit Mark for future advice and needs."

"I bought a Specialized Tarmac bicycle at the King's Cross Cycle Surgery store and I want to thank Mark for the excellent advice, friendly service and helpful recommendations. As my first bicycle got stolen he made sure my new one was set up with the extras it needed. I love this new bike and the amazing deal that Cycle Surgery gave me, for sure I will definitely recommend this store to my friends.
Thanks one more time for the outstanding service."

"Just a quick note to thank your excellent staff at King's Cross. I have a reasonable knowledge of bikes but nonetheless cycle shops can sometimes be intimidating. However, the staff at this branch are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional and they made the whole process of buying my Giant Defy 1 extremely easy. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with before, during and after I bought my bike.
Thank you very much and keep up the good work."

"Just a quick but very BIG thank you for your help regarding my Bianchi upgrade. I actually bought a new bike at the weekend: Wilier Gran Tourismo, Athena Groupset for £1,750. Looked like too good a deal. I took the bike out yesterday and absolutely loved it! It's great and the frame is superb. So no doubt Andy and I will be back at CycleSurgery in Kings Cross and thanks again for your help! "

"I wanted to give feedback on the great friendly service I received yesterday by Mark. Having test ridden a couple of the bikes and been given plenty of advice I chose the one I want. He made sure it was set up for me with the extras, gave me lots of advice on the set up, use and maintenance of the bike and although the shop was pretty busy he couldn't have given better service. Other competing bike retailers could learn a lot on service by coming to your store and I'll be recommending friends to drop in."
