"I recently bought a Marin Nail Trail from your Portsmouth (Port Solent) Branch and would like to report how impressed I was by the Customer Service, honesty and support I had from both Scott and Denham.
I've been enjoying cycling for the past 6 years and got into the off-road scene a few years ago. I subscribe to a couple of magazines but always feign 'scant' knowledge when talking to the sales team in the local cycle shops. Most of the advice is pretty good but occasionally it is REALLY good and that's what I got from your team and why I decided to spend what is a significant sum of money for me (my wife asked (told) me to sell my motorcycle if I wanted to spend that much on a MTB!!) at your store.
I was given a high degree of confidence that I would be looked after should I have any problems and hence took the plunge. A few weeks after getting the bike, there was a problem with the headset bearings and after raising this with Scott, the bike was taken in and sorted out in double quick time confirming the superb Customer Service I believed I was buying into. As I mentioned above, I am mightily impressed and hence why I have put digit to keyboard - not something I do often or lightly.."

Workshop Services
Our Workshop mechanics are Cytec qualified which is the benchmark for quality service in our industry. Our workshop has all the necessary tools and parts to get your bike fixed up and back on the road, usually with same day service. If the repair requires a specialist part then we can special order it in for you and book your repair as soon as it arrives. Our workshop team are happy to answer customer enquiries and give good honest advice to help you decide what level of service your bike needs.
In order to give you a transparent overview of pricing for all activities carried out in our workshops, we have listed approximate costs below. All prices serve only as a guideline and can vary depending on the age, condition and type of bike. There is a minimum labour charge of £10. We will always happily give you an approximate quote for any jobs not listed below. All parts are charged separately.
Please note: There will be an additional labour charge for fitting new parts and accessories, e.g. Brake blocks, cables, chain etc.

Bike Storage Costs
We have very limited space for bike storage and would therefore ask that customers collect their bike on the day of repair. We are forced to charge a bike storage supplement of £10 per day, calculated from the day of repair to the day of collection.
