Our new west London store is set in a great area and contains a wide selection of bicycles and accessories for customers to choose from.
The store manager, Steve, loves to make sure that his customers have a great experience in the store, and leave with the confidence that comes from having received good advice from a team that are more than happy to share their knowledge.

"I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the excellent service I received at your store.
I booked a service with you for Saturday but it was more convenient to me to drop my bike off on the Friday evening, which your staff were fine with, then when I thought I was not going to be able to make it in to pick it up on Sunday (knocked out with a cold) they were kind enough to agree to hold it over without charge until Monday. Really appreciated, even though in the end I felt well enough to make it in.
Most of all though, it turns out my bike didn't need a full service, just a bit of attention for the breaks, which your guys went ahead and sorted out without charging me the full whack. Workshop Services
Our workshop has all the necessary tools and parts to get your bike fixed up and back on the road, usually with same day service. If the repair requires a specialist part then we can special order it in for you and book your repair as soon as it arrives. Our workshop team are happy to answer customer enquiries and give good honest advice to help you decide what level of service your bike needs.
In order to give you a transparent overview of pricing for all activities carried out in our workshops, we have listed approximate costs below. All prices serve only as a guideline and can vary depending on the age, condition and type of bike. There is a minimum labour charge of £10. We will always happily give you an approximate quote for any jobs not listed below. All parts are charged separately.
Please note: There will be an additional labour charge for fitting new parts and accessories, e.g. Brake blocks, cables, chain etc.

Bike Storage Costs
We have very limited space for bike storage and would therefore ask that customers collect their bike on the day of repair. We are forced to charge a bike storage supplement of £10 per day, calculated from the day of repair to the day of collection.
