Our store manager Roland has this to say:
"I feel honoured to have been a witness to the phenomenal growth in cycling over the past few years. The great location of our store and the fantastic variety of stock that we offer ticks all the boxes in helping to sustain this growth and to see all our customers leave the store more enthusiastic about cycling than when they came in"
Customer Testimonials
"Just a quick note to say thank you for David who helped me choose new brake blocks. Great to have someone who is so knowledgeable, he recommended the Aztecs with replaceable pads. They cost a pound more but they work out cheaper in the end. Love it."

"I needed to put down on paper the EXCEPTIONAL service I have received from the staff at the Spitalfields Market store.
Both Toms, David in the workshop and Roland are a true credit to your company. The service was worthy of a mention for a number of reasons.
The attentive and relaxed nature of dealing with the guys was a pleasure, they have been patient and understanding, they found the products I requested and listened to exactly how I wanted my bike to look and feel. Its such a welcome change to feel like I am receiving good advice and not a hard sell in the current environment - this has made me even more resolute to purchase my next bike from you in the near future. It is staff of this calibre that separate you from the competition.
Warm regards"
