Waterloo Bridge Store
Located within eyesight of the landmark locations of the Strand and the Aldwych, the 3,100 sq ft store is in one of London's most inspiring locations, and is one of the most exciting Cycle Surgery stores we've opened.
Waterloo Bridge is without a doubt the best bridge to view the London skyline from. Whether it's at sunrise, or at any other time, you can't help but be inspired by the view. This is perhaps why it is one of the busiest cycle routes across the river Thames, as people choose to use it as their route through London and into the West End.
With its prominent on street window display, the store is a welcomed sight to the many cyclists, runners, walkers that pass and stop on the north side of the bridge every day. The store is only a short walk for the millions of rail travellers who arrive in London via Charing Cross and Waterloo stations, making this area one of the busiest locations in London.
As the number of cyclists in London continues to grow, we're pleased to be able to service their needs and offer them an exciting retail experience with a combination of Cycle Surgery and Runners Need in one store.
The spacious store provides ample room for our comprehensive range of commuter, road, mountain and folding bikes, and will showcase the latest products from the world's premium bike brands.
We always pride ourselves on our workshops and this one uses the latest tools and technology to service and maintain bikes for commuters and local residents alike, while customers will benefit from the expert technical advice our knowledgeable staff will be able to give to riders of any persuasion.
The store features Runners Need, London's leading specialist running store, which will offer a wide range of running products, expert advice and free gait analysis.
The specialist running company, Runners Need, comes to Waterloo Bridge, offering a large selection of running shoes and apparel - everything that runners need!
"Regarding Marvin, the cycle expert.
Marvin has impressed me with his incomparable dexterity and patience. He has done this not once, but twice!
I lost my lock and stopped by on the way to an interview. He calmly sorted me out and sold me a lock. When I had trouble with it, he managed where I had failed.
His knowledge and his willingness to help is just what every cyclist in a crisis needs."

"My boyfriend and I bought two bikes via our work's cycle to work scheme via your Waterloo Bridge last week, and I felt compelled to write and let you know about the truly exceptional service we received from your staff at this store. Despite complexities resulting from our work's scheme, Marvin and Marc were unfailingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us out. Both are a credit to your organisation. Marvin was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful from beginning to end and the levels of customer service he delivers are second-to-none. Marc was also fantastic, getting in touch with your accounts department on three separate occasions to make sure our money came through and suggesting alternative bikes for my boyfriend when the last-remaining sale bike he wanted had been sold.
All in all, you have some exceptional staff and I wouldn't hesitate to use you again."

I snapped a chain this morning on the way to work and brought it into your Waterloo Bridge store first thing.
The two guys that helped me sort it out were simply outstanding, Great customer service and general attitude. The fact that it was 8am made it even more impressive. I intend to use that store for anything to do with my bike in the future and also when I look to get a new bike in the 2014.
Just wanted to give some credit where it is more than due.

"I popped into the Waterloo Bridge store last week and received excellent help and service from the floor staff. The problem with my bike was fixed a matter of minutes with through attention. Highly recommended this store and would return again."

"Just wanted to thank the Waterloo branch for great service in relation to my bike. It was an old bike and needed quite a bit done - but they helped me do things in the most cost-effective way, and now the bike runs (and even looks) fantastic. Great people - thank you."

"I am writing to say that Owen and the technician team at the new Waterloo Bridge Road did a superb job on my bike.
I always take my bikes to be serviced at Cycle Surgery, usually in to the store at Holborn. I have found over many years that your technicians are the best in town.
I booked my mountain bike in to be serviced at Holborn, but unfortunately they found a crack in my frame.
I needed to get a bike back on the road as quickly as possible, asked if the Holborn team could rebuild an old road bike of mine, but they were fully booked, but they did suggest trying Waterloo Bridge. To cut a long story short, Owen and Team at Waterloo Bridge accommodated me the very next day and completely rebuilt my bike, swapping 20 year old partially seized components off another frame.
Basically I have ended up with a new bike, and all the staff could not have been more helpful.
A very big thank you to all!"
