Located within eyesight of the landmark locations of the Strand and the Aldwych, the 3,100 sq ft store is in one of London's most inspiring locations, and is one of the most exciting Cycle Surgery stores we've opened.
Waterloo Bridge is without a doubt the best bridge to view the London skyline from. Whether it's at sunrise, or at any other time, you can't help but be inspired by the view. This is perhaps why it is one of the busiest cycle routes across the river Thames, as people choose to use it as their route through London and into the West End.
With its prominent on street window display, the store is a welcomed sight to the many cyclists, runners, walkers that pass and stop on the north side of the bridge every day. The store is only a short walk for the millions of rail travellers who arrive in London via Charing Cross and Waterloo stations, making this area one of the busiest locations in London.

The spacious store provides ample room for our comprehensive range of commuter, road, mountain and folding bikes, and will showcase the latest products from the world's premium bike brands.
We always pride ourselves on our workshops and this one uses the latest tools and technology to service and maintain bikes for commuters and local residents alike, while customers will benefit from the expert technical advice our knowledgeable staff will be able to give to riders of any persuasion.
The store features Runners Need, London's leading specialist running store, which will offer a wide range of running products, expert advice and free gait analysis.
The specialist running company, Runners Need, comes to Waterloo Bridge, offering a large selection of running shoes and apparel - everything that runners need!

I snapped a chain this morning on the way to work and brought it into your Waterloo Bridge store first thing.
The two guys that helped me sort it out were simply outstanding, Great customer service and general attitude. The fact that it was 8am made it even more impressive. I intend to use that store for anything to do with my bike in the future and also when I look to get a new bike in the 2014.
Just wanted to give some credit where it is more than due.

"I am writing to say that Owen and the technician team at the new Waterloo Bridge Road did a superb job on my bike.
I always take my bikes to be serviced at Cycle Surgery, usually in to the store at Holborn. I have found over many years that your technicians are the best in town.
I booked my mountain bike in to be serviced at Holborn, but unfortunately they found a crack in my frame.
I needed to get a bike back on the road as quickly as possible, asked if the Holborn team could rebuild an old road bike of mine, but they were fully booked, but they did suggest trying Waterloo Bridge. To cut a long story short, Owen and Team at Waterloo Bridge accommodated me the very next day and completely rebuilt my bike, swapping 20 year old partially seized components off another frame.
Basically I have ended up with a new bike, and all the staff could not have been more helpful.

Our Workshop mechanics are Cytec qualified which is the benchmark for quality service in our industry. Our workshop has all the necessary tools and parts to get your bike fixed up and back on the road, usually with same day service. If the repair requires a specialist part then we can special order it in for you and book your repair as soon as it arrives. Our workshop team are happy to answer customer enquiries and give good honest advice to help you decide what level of service your bike needs.
In order to give you a transparent overview of pricing for all activities carried out in our workshops, we have listed approximate costs below. All prices serve only as a guideline and can vary depending on the age, condition and type of bike. There is a minimum labour charge of £10. We will always happily give you an approximate quote for any jobs not listed below. All parts are charged separately.
Please note: There will be an additional labour charge for fitting new parts and accessories, e.g. Brake blocks, cables, chain etc.

Bike Storage Costs
We have very limited space for bike storage and would therefore ask that customers collect their bike on the day of repair. We are forced to charge a bike storage supplement of £10 per day, calculated from the day of repair to the day of collection.
